Project: Beverage Branding

The task was to create a beverage, choose a bottle and design the logo and label. My target market is males who are nostalgic about the older days of the 50s and 60’s. Key words that resonate like rockabilly,  greasers, speed-freaks, gear-heads, and speed-shops. The bottle chosen looks similar to a flask, small enough to fit in a back pocket. The logo uses  the “unlucky” lucky number 13 blended with the old Cadillac symbol. The label uses references of automobile parts like: 4 barrel carburetor and straight 6 engine to play on the strength and aging of the alcohol.
